That was a great episode! You really have a comedian’s tongue (I mean, quick with a joke), and Mistress Crimson was a very nice guest. I will co-opt her ultimate fantasy, I think. And I guess if she’d advertise that fantasy in the US Senate or House, she’d find some takers, too 🙂
Also, I was shocked – shocked! – that you seem unfamiliar with Buffy. Buffy! I just had to go and pop in a DVD right away to make up for it 🙂
I’ve got to say…this episode gave me an epiphany. Thank you to you and your guest! Awesome…I love knowing I’ve still got much to learn.
Thank you, thank you!

Patrick:
I’m glad you liked it. I was also shocked that Axe had never seen Buffy. I think Vamp Willow would be right up his alley…
Tutivillus:
That is awesome that our conversation touched you in some way. Of course, now I am curious as to what your epiphany was…
I love your Republican fantasy. I will be on the look out for you. And I hope it isn’t another 6 years until the fantasy is lived.

I really enjoyed the esposide and I have been thinking about it a lot lately. I have a new Labrador puppy (7 weeks) which is just adorable, however, it loves nothing more than to bite me and she has really sharp teeth – so things that you really want to cuddle up with that tend to bite you reminds me of the espisode. Probably not the image you have of yourself, but …
I find your ultimate fantasy really intriguing. I think these sort of fixations (and the lack of them as attraction goes) are deeply rooted. You don’t hear of a politically oriented fixation that often – usually it is more race/ethnicity, gender or orientation. It is an interesting question as to whether its – what would be the word – less archaic, high social evolution, maybe just more social – to see fetish fixations migrate from attributes the individual does not control to attributes that the individual does control, and in this case, need to express with some rigidity.
Thanks for sharing.
