Limits: The sign of a healthy personality. Limits are respected as activities not engaged in.
Respect for the medical community: Medical scenes at the Compound are psycho dramatic erotic role plays and not real medical advise. Though it is possible to reenact a scene from "One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest", or "A Clock Work Orange" in a BDSM capacity, the extent of it is fantasy based. Ms Boss holds no degree in the medical arts. Any advise given is simply practical common sense.
Preparing for a session at the Compound: Be in good health, be of sound mind, be rested, be properly fed/hydrated, and be groomed for scene play. Certain pre negotiated activities will necessitate additional preparation instructions. (Ms Boss will advise you.)
Generally, you should be aware of the following: Be in good health: If you have a cold, the flue, or are otherwise unwell wait until you are better to have a session. If you have any type of condition (including skin) be it viral, bacterial, or otherwise - inform Ms Boss.
Be of sound mind: Though a session may help change your energy and momentarily lift your spirits (due to the release of endorphins and serotonin) expecting the experience to lift you out of a long standing depression or cure you of a mental illness is unrealistic. BDSM is not actual therapy in the context of psychiatry. Be upfront about any condition you may have and any medication you may be on.
Be rested: A full nights sleep, or a nap after lengthy travel is advised. If you are traveling a great distance such as driving beyond 5 hours, enduring lengthy flights with layovers, or spending long periods of time on a train or bus to visit the Compound, Ms Boss will advise that you stay and rest in a nearby hotel or motel for a period of time prior to your scene. She will give you a list of possibilities to choose from nearby, and your scene may begin the next day (or later in the day) when you are fully recharged.
Be properly fed and hydrated: Do not over (or under) eat the day of your scene. Avoid acidic or fibrous foods. A protein based snack several hours prior will keep your blood sugar stable. If Ms Boss has given you scene preparation instructions for certain activities do follow them. Emergency food and juice are kept at the Compound (which contains a full working kitchen on the 1st floor) as well as emergency diabetic candy. If you are engaging in an extended scene, you will be fed and hydrated every 4 - 5 hours.
Be groomed: As if you were going on a job interview. If you know you will not have time to freshen up prior to visiting the studio or if you had a long journey, do ask if you may use the shower immediately upon arrival when you schedule your appointment. There are 2 fully stocked dedicated bathrooms for this purpose.
Substances: Avoid excessive caffeine, nicotine, and / or alcohol. Do what you normally do with regards to these substances. We are all adults and Ms Boss is not a judge, however being under the influence of anything which could cause you to have a BDSM related accident is not advised. If it is determined that upon arrival you are under the influence you will not be granted a scene for safety reasons. No substances are procured or allowed in the building. It is not necessary to take Viagra (or any other enhancer) before having a session at the Compound. Doing so will change your blood pressure, cause you to flush, and may even give you a headache.
For discretionary reasons, do not give out Ms Boss's contact information. Ms Boss and Associates do not engage in drama or gossip. The Compound is not an escort referral service. Respect of privacy is greatly appreciated and reciprocal. If you need a safe/sane reference in order to visit other BDSM professionals (and you are in good standing with Ms Boss), she will write you a brief (one time) email letter which you may then forward in those situations.
Please be aware: Your request must be deemed sincere in order to receive a response. There will be no response if you are vague, do not give a full name and/or phone number, (or give false unverifiable information), do not suggest dates and times, misspell or abbreviate words, mention illegal activities in your introduction, or request incompatible activities. Repetitive (and/or unwanted) contact for no legitimate purpose is considered harassment and will be reported.
Thank you for taking the time to read this important information!
